The artist behind New Nude City is Richard Kern and he knows how to combine photographic skill, gorgeous models and a multitude of urban styles into one hot collection of erotica.

Review followup : The members area of New Nude City is just like the free tour so I wasn't really surprised by anything. I was a little upset that there isn't more content than shown in the tour but there is still a lot to enjoy here. Right now, there are 136 movies which last for around 5 minutes and over 700 photo galleries. Each photo gallery has anywhere between 10 to 100 pictures. There are no dates listed on the content but it does appear like New Nude City is updating. However, since the site has been around since 2003, updates can't be coming in that frequently.

One of the benefits of being a photographer in New York City is that you have access to a wide array of beautiful women. At New Nude City, you will find 169 different models. Keep in mind that I actually mean different. These young models each have their own individual styles and personalities, not to mention ethnic backgrounds and body types. They range from wholesome girls who look like they are following the big city dream to dirty punk girls with tattoos and piercings to sophisticated ladies with seductive edge. There are Latinas, Russians, and other exotic beauties. You will not find any ebony girls though.

Richard Kern's photos are as diverse as his models. All of the content is soft and most is simply nude shots. Kern is obviously a skilled photographer but his use of locations, clothing and some props is what makes the pictures unique. If you look hard enough, you will find some soft porn that gets really kinky and intense. I found one set with a girl squatting over a beer pitcher and pissing into it. There is quite a bit of lesbian action and I did spot a hot spanking session in what appears to be a Wall Street office. The videos will give you a bit more in terms of teasing. There are some nice upskirt videos along with pantyhose masturbation, stripping and some shower scenes.

The site design of New Nude City is really hard to navigate if you are looking for something specific. However, the creative design makes it a lot of fun to browse through the many galleries. The photographic content is divided up into categories like "Spanish Harlem", "Soho", "Times Square", "Out of the City" and more. The idea is that each part of the city offers a different type of girl. This layout would be much more enjoyable though if the thumbnail images were bigger.

Movies are much more straight forward and all listed in the Theatre page or you can browse all the content by model. There is also an area for Richard Kern's journal though this hasn't been updated in years. As an added bonus, you get some E-cards and E-books from Kern. For those interested in photography, the E-books are a great perk, especially because it would cost much more than membership to buy the actual books.

The quality at New Nude City is decent but I expected a lot more - especially from an erotic art site. The photos display in just two size qualities with the best being 1400px on the long side. This is far from the superb Hi-Res that most other soft sites offer. The galleries do have zip files. The video quality is even more disappointing. Your download options are just Quicktime, WMV and AVI, the best being 400x300 res at 1200kbps. There isn't even a streaming option which is particularly annoying since the movies only last five minutes.

Freetour promises : New Nude City is the exclusive site from photographer Richard Kern. You will now find 136 films and 26,027 images featuring nude girls in erotica. Kern is famed as an underground photographer and the free tour gives you a nice sampling of his style which shows off the diversity of New York.

Impression : For $15 a month, I wasn't expecting much from New Nude City. After all, a coffee and bagel can cost more than that in the Big Apple! Once in the members area, I was fairly impressed with the creative design of this site and the versatility of the shots. Most are just your standard soft erotica but there are some beautifully kinky shots that make New Nude City worth checking out.

Conclusion : The girls at New Nude City are edgy, the photo sets are as diverse as New York, and the site is cleverly made with some decent extras. However, you've really got to be more of a photography enthusiast rather than a soft porn fan to truly enjoy New Nude City. A trained eye will be able to pick out the subtle nuances of Richard Kern's photography and the way he can appeal to the higher and lower senses at once. New Nude City is a great deal at $15 a month and is worth checking out if only because it offers something different than all the other nude erotica sites online.
